Necklace is 18" long, matte silver faceted glass beads on brass chain, small lobster claw clasp, solid bronze pendant is 7/8"h x 9/16"w, with a small crystal in the center. Each necklace including the solid bronze pendants are handmade in the Lamzy Divey workshop, located in Wichita, Kansas. The beautiful Wichita Flag was designed in 1937 by Cecil McAlister. Three rays alternate from an off-center sun. The rays are the path of freedom to come and go as one pleases. The center disc represents happiness and contentment, an Indian symbol for hogan or permanent home. The flag disappeared for decades and was all but forgotten about until a few years ago, when it came back with a mighty resurgence! Show your pride in Wichita - it's the cool thing to do.
